Return Policy: You can return the product within two days from the date of receipt, provided that the shipping fees are borne by the customer (for home delivery products only), and the product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original or electronic purchase invoice. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• If the product is damaged or defective.
• If a different product than requested was received.
In these cases, Raw Paper Studio bears all shipping and return costs.
Exchange Policy: You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt, provided that the product is completely intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are borne by the customer in regular exchange cases (such as change of preference, size, or design).
Important Notes:
• Custom or made-to-order paintings are not accepted for return or exchange after design and printing confirmation.
• All original components and accessories, if any, must be returned.
• Products that have been damaged due to poor storage or use are not accepted.
• All returned orders are subject to inspection by our quality team before approval of the return or exchange.
• After receiving and inspecting the product, we will contact you to confirm the exchange or return process.
• Returned shipments are kept for 30 days from the date of receipt, after which the store has the right to dispose of them as it sees fit.
